Hammersmith was selected as General Contractors for the fit-up of this 300,000 sq.ft. Distribution Center.
The facility included 12,000 sq.ft. of Corporate offices and 288,000 sq.ft. of Warehouse space.
The Warehouse was equipped with multiple levels of conveyor systems and packing equipment.
Included were major infrastructure provisions for high-tech multi-tier racking systems.
Leading up to this project, we helped Prologis Canada Inc. (Landlord) with timely pricing and response to help secure this major Client. We followed up with an aggressive schedule, working closely with the Tenant, in achieving “beneficial occupancy” for racking and fit-outs.
The Client was moved in on time and on-budget.
