Hammersmith was selected as the Construction Manager for the complete renovation and interior improvements for the new Distribution Centre and offices of Church & Dwight.
The interiors consisted of new partitioning, ceilings, flooring, sprinkler work, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Hammersmith was also involved in extensive work in the warehouse, consisting of electronic dock levelers, dock seals, epoxy floors, and an ESFR sprinkler system to accommodate an extensive racking system.
This 120,000 sq. ft. facility includes 17,000 sq. ft. of new office space, including meeting and board rooms. This building was a Design-Build project combined with Interior Design services.
