The Corporate Head Office of Home Depot located at 1 Concorde Gate, consisted of a 100,000 SF retrofit office renovation.
The scope of work incorporated demolition, washrooms, offices, raised access floor, polished concrete flooring, and wood slat ceiling finishes of an occupied tenant space also incorporating parts of the ground floor, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th floors.
Special features included a PLR racking room, fitness area with a Zen room for employees, lunch/staff room with lounge, and slate finished fireplace.
