This project consisted of an 82,000 sq. ft. Multi-phased / Multi-floor Leasehold Improvement encompassing three floors. The construction included the installation of a Computer Room facility with UPS backup systems.
The project included a high level of custom millwork units and special detailed pre-finished telescopic doorframes. The existing electrical and mechanical equipment installations were upgraded to suit this client's needs. The project was completed in approximately four months.
