This project consisted of a multi-phased / multi-floor leasehold improvement encompassing four floors (80,000 sq. ft.) joined together by the construction and installation of an interior staircase.
The project included the installation of a high tech computer room facility with back up diesel generator and UPS backup systems. The interior finishes include a tremendous amount of intricate stainless steel work, wood paneling and custom millwork units. The existing electrical and mechanical equipment installations were upgraded to suit this clients needs.
The project was completed in approximately 5 months.
