The scope of work to the new Corporate Head Office and Call Centre of TransGlobe Property Management Services consisted of renovations to the existing building over two floors in a total of 77,000 sq. ft. of space. It also included complete demolition of existing space and rebuilding to provide new office areas, private offices, lunchroom, fitness room, call centre, meeting rooms, boardrooms, washrooms and presentation rooms. Additional work included the renovations to the reception area and main boardroom.

Value Engineering: Project costs came in at $3.2 million and working with the client Hammersmith was able to value engineer the costs down to $2.5 million for the base scope of work. Items of value engineering included lighting, mechanical, drywall and ceiling work, doors, hardware and finishes.
