Hammersmith was selected as Project Manager for this phased 220,000 sq. ft. interior renovation for Bombardier Aerospace at the Nobel Complex in Montreal, Quebec. The renovation included the preparation of office and support spaces for approximately 1500 employees. Extension access control equipment was installed to control the flow and limit access of employees through the use of electronic turnstiles and CCTV system.
Hammersmith worked harmoniously with the owner, consultants, tenant, and sub-contractors to complete the 3 phases in a very tight time frame of 60 days each. There were a wide array of unique installations and finishes completed, simultaneously, whilst coordinating/assisting with the tenant’s networking and communications equipment.
