Expeditors needed a new head office for its GTA operations and the chosen location was the 11th floor of the Ingram-Micro facility at 55 Standish Court.
Hammersmith was awarded the project in a Design-Build format consisting of interior alterations to the 22,000 sq. ft. office space. Our scope of work included the Design & Engineering of the architectural,
electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems. Construction involved demolition, change of furniture layout, drywall, carpet & linoleum flooring, painting, HVAC, fire protection alterations, and glazing.
This project was completed by Hammersmith in half of the original scheduled time.
