Hammersmith was selected as the General Contractors for this six-month project compressed into three months. A complete interior renovation of 45,000 sq. ft. office space on three floors for the Ministry of Shared Services, including all millwork, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. A special feature is the space-saving motorized filing system.
Ontario Realty Corporation, whose head office interior was also a Hammersmith project, is Ontario’s largest property owner. Since 1998 BCC has been on the ORC Unit Price Roster, a privilege enjoyed by only three other companies. The roster is assembled based on a combination of price, experience, and quality of work. Hammersmith have completed an abundance of interior renovation projects in the downtown area for the ORC.
