Schawk Canada decided to consolidate its Head Offices in the GTA in a single building. The chosen location was the Airport Corporate Centre West at 1620 Tech Avenue in Mississauga.
The project consisted of interior tenant fit-up to 57,000 sq. ft. for office and printing/production space. Hammersmith was awarded the project in a Design Build format. Our scope of work included the Design & Engineering of the architectural, electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems. New corporate office construction consisted of new services infra structure, partitioning, ceilings, flooring, sprinkler work, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing and electrical.
